+39 Restaurant has leased space at Locust Plaza, 1430 Locust in downtown Des Moines. The tenant was represented by Ferguson Commercial Real Estate Services’ Pat Schneider. This will be the restaurant’s second location, which originally opened in Ames’ Somerset Village development where they offer a restaurant, market and cantina. After consistently positive reviews, they join a great lineup of restaurants with views of the Pappajohn Sculpture Garden in the Western Gateway.
